Please try and be on time, or you are subject to a cancellation with the full fee. Services are nonrefundable. 1. Consultation & Satisfaction A thorough consultation is performed at the start of every appointment. By proceeding with the service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the discussed plan, including potential limitations regarding hair health, chemical integrity, and color history. 2. No Refund Policy All services are strictly nonrefundable. This policy covers the professional labor, specialized expertise, and high-grade products consumed during your appointment. 3. Subjective Results Hair artistry is subjective. While I strive for perfection, results can vary based on hair history and health. Dissatisfaction with a specific shade or tone does not constitute a failure of service and does not qualify for a refund. 4. Courtesy Adjustments If you are dissatisfied, please notify the salon within 72 hours. At my professional discretion, a one-time complimentary "adjustment" appointment may be offered. Adjustments must be booked within 7 days of the original service. This is a courtesy, not a requirement, and may be revoked in cases of client misconduct or termination of the professional relationship. 5. Acceptance of Service Payment made at the conclusion of the appointment constitutes the client's final acceptance of the service rendered.
